The massively-sized Extra-Large Cutting Board with Juice Groove provides you with a gigantic upgrade in ypur kitchen. Its sized to be placed over a large sink or range to increase the amount of working space in the kitchen— and features approximately 860 square inches of surface area! The deep juice groove along the edge of the carving board collects any excess run-off during food prep. The collection well with pour spout allows for juices to be easily poured into a pot or container for use in making gravy, sauce or au jus. When flipped over, the board provides a spacious flat surface for use as a noodle board for rolling dough for pasta, bread and pies. It can also be used as an extra-large charcuterie board to serve a mountainous amount of cheese, meat, fruit, nuts and more. This board was crafted from bamboo harvested from well-managed forests, as certified by FSC. Board measures 36" x 24" x 3/4"
